Special effects of Planet  Mercury in Lagna for Wisdom

 

Mercury is the planet of Passion and dharma. With out passion you are useless. Just as in Romance, For seeking God or Wisdom too, you need passion. For dharma you need passion. The equation of dharma is :

Dharma= Passion + Skills + Usefulness.

I am giving below the planetary alignments of Swami Vivekananda, Swami Sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa and Mahatma Gandhi to give you insight how Mercury influenced them.

In Swami Vivekananda Horoscope = Mecury+Venus+ Sun is in Lagna

In Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Horoscope= Mercury+Moon+Sun is in Lagna

In Mahatma Gandhi Horoscope = Mercury+Venus+Mars is in Lagna

Mercury is planet of passion.

9th House is house of dharma.

When Mecury has any connection with 9th house or 9th lord, such a Mercury will give spiritual upliftment to the native. The native get soaked in to wisdom, spirituality, etc. This is because when two measures with samilar significations join togther, they bestow on the native in abundance the objects they signify. Here, Mercury is dharmic, 9th house is house of dharma and 9th lord becomes lord of dharma,. so it is double influenced.

In Swami Vivekanada Horocope , Mercury the lord of 9th house is placed in lagna together with Venus which is 9th to the 9th lord.( Bhavath Bhavam Priniciple) Both Mercury and Venus is associated with highly satvik and amtakaraka Sun. The lord of lagna is in 9th house( house of dharma).Moon and Saturn in 9th house indicates renunciation of worldy affairs. These planetary alignments lend impetus in the Swami Vivekananda towards service to mankind and saintly activities.

 

In Swami Sri Rama Krishna Paramahamsa Horoscope, Mercury the lord of 9th to the 9th is placed in lagna. Moon and Sun is also placed in lagna. So lagna lord is extremely powerful  .Mind,Soul and Body becomes one tied up with dharma because the lagna lord is placed in 9th house ( house of dharma). The highly satvik Jupiter is aspecting all Lagnas ( Lagna, Chandra lagna and Surya lagna) and Lagna lord. Ketu is in 4th /Rahu in 10th further supports religous activities. All the above planetary alignments made swami soaked in spirituality.

In Mahatma Gandhi Horoscope, Mercury the lord of 9th is placed in lagna. Mercury is conjoined with venus. These planets are aspected by Jupiter. Though Mahatma Gandhi was not saint, he was very dharmic, and is a symbol of non violence and universal love.
