HAPPILY DISSATISFIED

  With out happiness there is no life. With out dissatisfaction there is no growth. When you are dissatisfied with others, it makes you unhappy. When you are dissatisfied with yourself ,it helps you to grow. When you bench mark others with your expectations it leaves you dissatisfied with them and this affects your happiness. When you bench mark yourself with your expectations , the dissatisfaction created propels your growth and development. When you demand a 10 out of 10 from yourself as excellence it shows you where you stand and where you need to go. When you demand a 10 out of 10 from the world it affects the quality of relationship to the world. So in all matters ,rate the world as 5 and rate yourself as 10 No that world is any less capable or that you are superman, but because-with out happiness there is no life. So rate the world 5. With out dissatisfaction there is no growth. So rate yourself 10. Thus you will be happily dissatisfied.

BRAHMACHARYA

Brahmacharya is not only abstinence from sex.  Deep attachment towards food.Your thoughts, your speech, your greed, emotion... all sensual pleasures to be kept in check.   EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT : Stop blamming some one, take the responsibilty to respond to life with " acceptance" When someone is doing something in a way you donot want it to be done and you are not able to accept it, you become angry.  When some one is doing some thing a way you dont want it to be done but you are able to accept it, you remain tolerant. When someone has done something that has emotionally hurt you and  you  not able to accept it, it develops hatred in you.  When some has done something that has emotionally hurt you and you are able to accept it, it helps you forgive them.   For the stress, here is the rub. No body can make you stress/unhappy unless you agree to it.No matter what others do to you.  The psychologists say that the thought moves from our subconscious mind to our conscious mind. And from conscious mind the thoughts are manifested in the form of speech, action etc. The main culprit in this is neither subconscious nor conscious mind is with in our control. Thought in subsconscious mind-as the name suggest being in subconsious level, you are not aware of it. It is your heriditary or Gene. Manifestation of thoughts from conscious mind is also not with in your control. Because thoughts are already expressed. Upanishad says that there is a tiny gap between Subsconsious mind and Conscious mind. This is called Ragadvesa. The gap is very tiny but big impact.
